Stallion began in 2013 as a small design and manufacturing studio focused on unbreakable drinkware made from Tritan. Our early work supplied hotels and restaurants across the UK, United States, and Australia, where durability and clarity were essential for high-use hospitality environments. Around the same time, we had the opportunity to design sparkling wine glasses for Moët & Chandon, gradually expanding into collaborations with other alcohol brands including Bacardi.
In 2016, when the Tata Group launched Vistara Airlines, we were invited to develop drinkware for their service environment. This work introduced us to the unique operational demands of aviation. Over time, the segment evolved into Stallion Airware, where we design antiskid airline trays, unbreakable drinkware, and serviceware engineered for repeated cycles in airline catering systems across India and Europe.
In 2017, we began experimenting with reusable cups for the gifting industry. These early prototypes became ChirpyCups, small collectible drinkware designed to be reused rather than discarded.
By 2019, as sustainability conversations began to grow and large events sought alternatives to single-use plastics, ChirpyCups evolved into Cupable. Through Cupable we started designing reusable packaging and drinkware systems for brands such as Burger King, supporting events and venues looking to introduce practical reuse models.
In 2023, we began exploring sustainable hydration solutions using emerging biopolymers. This work led to WATRE, a line of reusable drinking bottles designed with circular materials and long service life in mind.
Today, our work continues to expand into new reuse systems, collaborating with global reuse companies to design reusable pizza boxes and takeaway containers embedded with RFID and UV-invisible QR technology to support large-scale reuse tracking.
From bar counters to aircraft cabins, from coffee chains to large public events, Stallion remains a small engineering-led studio focused on durable products, thoughtful materials, and practical reuse.

I am a sustainability-driven product designer committed to reducing single-use waste through thoughtful material and product innovation. With over 20 years of manufacturing experience, I have developed scalable solutions for reusable drinkware and sustainable packaging systems. My work integrates engineering, environmental science, and design to create durable products using recycled and plant-based materials.
I design products in my studio and manufacture them at scale through a production setup operating over 25 molding machines.
I hold a PhD from IIT Bombay specializing in environmental economics, with a focus on circular economy and sustainable systems.
